First of all, if you weren’t modeling professionally (for the raddest companies in the game), what could we find you doing as a career?
I went to college at the University of Florida and studied journalism and public relations so probably something in that field. Honestly, I love being creative and would be happy working as a writer, whether it be magazine pieces or mystery novels.
With such a fast-growing Instagram following, how does it feel to influencer the younger generations that look up you?
It is really one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I love the opportunity to communicate and be a healthy role model for young girls – especially when social media can have such negative effects as well.
Describe your perfect summer day! Who would you be with? What would you be doing?
My perfect summer day would be a hot California one, driving down the coast, pumping my favorite jams, windows down, bikinis on, hanging with my sisters. And maybe my big fluffy pup Zeppelin too.
We have to know, what’s your favorite Mind Bali Soul ‘kini?!
The High Neck Interlace top and bottom – in every print and color!
What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve had happen to you while on set?
Hands down my most embarrassing moment was when I was doing Mercedes Benz Swim Week a couple years back and there was a tropical storm and I had to run from one show to the other in the rain. I arrived practically half naked and soaking wet to the Wildfox show. All the press was laughing and I had to go down the runway with wet hair. Good thing it fit the theme!
Speaking of shoots… what type of shot excites you the most?
I really like all shoots, but my favorites always are on location for magazine layouts or campaigns with a storyline. I like when there is really great creative direction and everyone is working together to tell a story, maybe even evoke emotion.
Lastly, what is one thing you would like our readers to know?
Truly, I feel so lucky to get to work with amazing creative people and brands and have pinch me life experiences. But at the end of the day, I just try and appreciate the little things and I’m happiest just hanging with the people I love.
